Job summary

i3solutions, Inc. seeks a Project Manager for a major Department of Defense engagement in Sterling, VA, with travel to Metro DC client sites.

The role oversees overall supervision, project execution and profitability, focusing on project management processes, business analysis, solution generation, customer satisfaction and account management. The position requires TS/SCI clearance, DoD environment experience, and a BA/BS (Master’s Degree preferred).

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• DoD environment experience preferred.
• BA or BS from an accredited college or university; Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve pre-determined profitability levels for all projects
• Coordinate the creation of the Project Charter including baseline scope, schedule, budget, etc.
• Ensure client status reporting meets approved contract requirements
• Provide first level escalation for project or customer issues
• Perform requirements gathering and analysis
• Develop and implement test plans to ensure successful delivery of a project
• Identify sales growth opportunities and provide experiential knowledge during the development of technical solutions and cost estimation
• Develop and cultivate client relationships at management and executive levels to grow long-term relationships
• Continually seek and capitalize upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationship
• Oversee a multi-disciplinary staff and mentor team
