Qualifications

• BA/BS with 15 years relevant experience or MA/MS with 10 years relevant experience or PhD with 6 years relevant experience.
• AT least 6 years of work-related experience at similar size/complexity.
• Experience managing cost, performance, schedule, risk management, and manpower, financial, and performance monitoring.
• Proven experience utilizing key performance metrics to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provides management and oversight of all activities performed by Contractor personnel, including subcontractors.
• Provides management, direction, administration, quality control, and leadership to all Contractor personnel and sub-Contractor personnel.
• Develops, implements, and maintains PMP documentation and updates per government requirements.
• Develops and provides an MSR and presents it at Monthly Technical Status Meetings.
• Notifies leadership of problems via Problem Notification Reports (PNR).
• Ensures communications and documentation support government oversight and contractual compliance.
