Job summary

The Logistics Company, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead the contractor workforce supporting USARCENT at Shaw AFB.

This role coordinates 22 FTEs across 15 labor categories, ensuring staffing, quality, schedule, cost, and deliverables visibility for TLC, the COR, and the Contracting Officer. Responsibilities include directing day-to-day performance, executing staffing plans, maintaining status and reports, and managing risk and corrective actions to support operational and strategic missions

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of DoD program, project, or staff-management experience.
• Experience leading a multidisciplinary workforce.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with senior leadership exposure.
• Working knowledge of COR/KO roles and government reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day contractor performance across G1, G2, G4, Public Affairs, and HQ Battalion with government oversight.
• Execute staffing and transition plans to achieve full staffing by Day 60.
• Maintain personnel status, submit PERSTAT by 0900, and reconcile weekly hours for COR validation.
• Prepare Monthly Performance and Cost Report with current and cumulative costs and labor hours.
• Own deliverable register, staffing roster, risk log, and travel documentation for on-time performance.
• Implement and maintain Quality Control Plan and corrective actions for prime and subcontractor work.
• Coordinate with the COR for contract matters without exceeding contractor authority.
• Respond to performance concerns with root-cause analyses and corrective actions within timeframes.
• Manage training, security status, equipment access, and CONUS/OCONUS travel support.
