Job summary

TLN Worldwide Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Contractor Program Manager to lead contractor performance for the DCMA Blue List Program Support Services effort. The role serves as the single point of contact for contract performance and oversees contractor personnel, resources, deliverables, and schedules.

The ideal candidate has DoD/federal program experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex, fast-paced support efforts with senior Government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in project management, team leadership, and program scheduling.
• At least 4 years supporting DoD or federal agency programs.
• Experience managing contractor teams in federal program environments.
• Experience developing resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules.
• Experience using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for contract performance.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of contractor operations and personnel.
• Maintain authority to commit contractor resources and direct contractor personnel as needed.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between Government stakeholders and contractor personnel.
• Ensure contractor resources are coordinated to support program objectives.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
