Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Ability to obtain CAC/NIPRNet access and satisfy government suitability requirements.
• Experience managing DoD or Federal IT, telecommunications, network, or technical services programs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and geographically dispersed stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and oversight of contract personnel and performance.
• Manage staffing, workload distribution, schedules, priorities, and personnel training.
• Establish and execute program management, quality assurance, risk management, and reporting processes.
• Coordinate activities across inventory management, transition ordering, customer support, and engineering functions.
• Conduct program reviews and provide status, schedule, risk, and performance reporting.
• Ensure required contract deliverables and documentation are accurate and submitted on schedule.
• Serve as the primary management interface with Government stakeholders.
• Ensure continuity of operations and appropriate staffing throughout performance.
