Job summary

ReLogic Research, Inc. seeks a highly motivated program manager to join our team supporting advanced DoD programs. The role focuses on planning, execution tracking, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across engineering, leadership, customers, and partners.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential as you interface with multidisciplinary teams and test facilities in a highly technical environment. The position is full-time with benefits and approximately 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (MS preferred).
• 5–15 years supporting DoD or aerospace programs.
• Experience with scheduling, risk management, task tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor complex engineering projects with PM support.
• Develop and track integrated master schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate between engineering teams, leadership, customers, and vendors.
• Track performance, identify risks, and help mitigate them.
• Prepare programmatic and technical briefings and status reports.
• Coordinate test planning, scheduling, logistics, and documentation.
• Provide on-site support for test and integration activities (limited travel).
• Ensure alignment of technical execution with cost and schedule constraints.
