Job summary

Threat Tec, LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the Robotic Logistics Support Services contract. You will lead program execution, acquisition planning, and lifecycle sustainment for robotic systems in collaboration with government leaders and IPTs.

The role emphasizes oversight of schedule, cost, technical performance, and risk, with a focus on DoD policies and integrated logistics planning. Must hold a bachelor’s degree and DoD program experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field as listed in the job posting.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible DoD program or acquisition experience.
• Experience managing government contracts or major task orders.
• Familiarity with DoD 5000-series policies and lifecycle artifacts.
• Ability to analyze complex information and brief government leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal contractor representative for program requirements and execution.
• Plan and oversee activities to meet technical, schedule, cost, and quality goals.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses with DoD data.
• Develop and maintain acquisition and milestone documentation.
• Coordinate across engineering, logistics, testing, and operations teams.
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, minutes, and action trackers.
• Monitor Integrated Master Schedule, milestones, risks, and actions.
