Job summary

SMX is recruiting a Program Integration & Execution Specialist to drive the daily tempo for agile teams modernizing Army financial systems. You will own the project schedule, track velocity, and ensure all contract deliverables (CDRLs) are submitted accurately and on time, keeping parallel workstreams synchronized as capabilities transition off GFEBS BW.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret Clearance (or higher) required.
• Experience in project scheduling and PMO support.
• Strong track record in financial reporting and DoD CDRL submissions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enforce the integrated project schedule across parallel capability development to meet milestones.
• Compile and submit the Monthly Program Status and Financial Report (CDRL A001) detailing cost burn and velocity.
• Monitor backlog and coordinate transition of Level 1 support to the sustainment team during hypercare.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and training compliance for all contractor personnel.
