Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Acquisition Execution SME with DoD software program experience to mentor program managers in the SWP and improve DoD software procurements. You will provide analyses, recommendations, and implementation strategies across software, agile, and DevSecOps initiatives for a DoW client.

The role emphasizes working independently in a problem-solving environment with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and deliver executive-level insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience executing DoD software acquisition efforts in a PEO, program office, or program management function on the performer side.
• Experience developing executable API architecture with scalable, interoperable features.
• Experience guiding software programs, pilots, or pathfinders with modern software metrics.
• Ability to work independently, creatively, and analytically with minimal direction.
• Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide analyses, assessments, and implementation strategies for improving software, agile, and DevSecOps programs.
• Engage and mentor program managers in using the SWP to improve DoD software procurements.
• Support DoD acquisition transformation strategy for a DoW client.
