Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience executing DoD software acquisition efforts in a DoW/DoD context, incl. policy analysis, procurement strategies, agile/DevSecOps planning, and budgeting.
• Experience building modular API architecture with scalability and interoperability.
• Experience guiding software programs and pilots using modern software metrics.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
• Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide analyses, assessments, and implementation strategies for improving software, agile, and DevSecOps programs.
• Mentor program managers in applying the SWP for DoD software procurements.
• Support acquisition transformation efforts for a DoD client and related pilots/pathfinders.
