You will help track progress, compile metrics, and maintain program documentation while engaging with internal and external stakeholders. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to federal contracting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience supporting programs, projects, operations, or related functions.
• Experience supporting DoD, Air Force, federal government, or federal contracting environments preferred.
• Meets U.S. citizenship and work eligibility requirements for federal contractors.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance, if required.

Responsabilités

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of program activities, projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor schedules, action items, deliverables, and milestones for timely completion.
• Coordinate and participate in project meetings, IPTs, working groups, and status reviews.
• Assist with collection, analysis, tracking, and reporting of program metrics and ROI data.
• Support development and maintenance of program tools, dashboards, reports, and tracking systems.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and rapid improvement events.
• Document business processes, maintain program records, and develop templates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support communication and program execution.
• Support website, content coordination, and outreach initiatives.
• Ensure activities comply with requirements.
• Demonstrate knowledge of alliance agreements (MOA, MOU, CRADAs).
• Complete partnership engagement and required documentation.
• Analyze partnership data and advise on action based on findings.
