Job summary

ANSER seeks a Program Analyst to provide technical, analytical, and program support to a DoD organization. You will help track portfolio performance, coordinate program activities, and develop briefing materials while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

You will design interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics using SQL and Power BI, support risk management and strategic planning, and assist in preparing responses to formal taskers.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, DoD acquisition, or another related subject of comparable complexity and responsibility.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Word).
• 3+ years of SharePoint-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an understanding of the portfolio and develop artifacts to track performance.
• Coordinate policy/conformance activities and staff reviews.
• Organize conferences, meetings, and reviews; prepare briefing materials and support CCBI.
