Job summary

ANSER is seeking an Operations Research Analyst to support NAWCAD at Webster Outlying Field (SCMS Division). You will formulate mathematical models, apply optimization methods, and develop decision-support products that inform management decisions, policy, and mission planning.

Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, translating results into clear recommendations for stakeholders, and collaborating with technical, programmatic, and Government partners to deliver actionable

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline plus 3 years of relevant experience; OR Associate’s degree plus 4 years of related experience; OR 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience applying analytical, mathematical, statistical, operations research, or optimization techniques to support objectives.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making.
• Ability to develop and apply analytical methodologies to address complex problems.
• Ability to translate analytical findings into clear, actionable information for management.
