Job summary

ANSER is seeking a Program Analyst to provide technical, analytical, and program support to a DoD organization. You will track portfolio performance, develop briefing materials, and support policy, guidance, and operational requirements.

You will work with stakeholders to support portfolio analysis, risk management, tasking, and process improvement, with dashboard design using SQL and Power BI to visualize metrics.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in project management, DoD acquisition, or similar complexity.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Power BI and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio performance artifacts with leadership and program offices.
• Coordinate policy conformance and staff reviews.
• Prepare briefing materials and support CCBI and governance activities.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop materials and support portfolio analysis and risk management.
• Design dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics using SQL and Power BI.
• Support strategic planning and SOP/process workflow updates.
