Job summary

EPS Corporation is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support end-to-end procurement and logistics for U.S. Navy and DoD programs. The role emphasizes compliance with FAR/DFARS, supplier management, and acquisition lifecycle support.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, 3+ years of DoD procurement experience, and an active or eligible DoD clearance. Responsibilities include SOWs, IGCEs, contract administration, and reporting to program leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement or contracting experience (DoD/Navy preferred).
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and contracting lifecycle.
• Experience with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Deltek).
• Active DoD security clearance or eligibility.
• DAWIA Certification (Contracting Level I/II) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-award and post-award procurement functions, including planning, solicitation, evaluation, and contract award.
• Develop procurement packages, SOWs, and IGCEs.
• Review requests for FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Analyze bids and negotiations to achieve best value.
• Identify and manage suppliers and subcontractors.
• Administer contracts from award through closeout and performance tracking.
• Prepare procurement reports and status updates for leadership.
