Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum 5 years of Air Force Financial Management experience.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI and other BI tools.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and team management.
Willingness to travel to Air Force installations up to 30%.
Understanding of SFIS and USSGL.
U.S. secret level security clearance (US Citizenship required).

Responsibilities

Lead deployment and installation of dashboards at Air Force bases.
Oversee daily sustainment and updates of dashboard capabilities (~30 data sources).
Provide expert-level user support for Power BI tools.
Design and implement advanced data models and BI/AI visualizations.
Conduct training sessions and lead organizational change management.
Mentor junior staff and ensure deliverables quality and compliance.
Analyze feedback and data trends to drive improvements and innovation.
Ensure internal controls and security compliance; support audits.
Prepare high-level presentations and user guides for leaders.
Collaborate with MAJCOM/COCOM to gather requirements and communicate capabilities.
