Kearney & Company, P.C. is seeking an Air Force Financial Management Journeyman to join our team in Dayton, OH and other U.S. locations to support DEAMS deployment and training. You will deploy, sustain, and train users on dashboard tools, primarily Power BI, to ensure accurate financial reporting for DoD installations.
The role requires independent judgment, mentoring of staff, and participation in process improvements. Travel up to 25% and ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance are required.
Kearney & Company is currently seeking an Air Force Financial Management Journeyman to join our team in Dayton, OH and various other locations in the U.S. to serve as a key member of the Defense Enterprise Accounting Management System (DEAMS) Deployment and Training Team in support of Data Visualization. The successful candidate will provide intermediate-level support for the deployment, sustainment, and user training of financial data visualization tools (primarily dashboards) at Department of Air Force installations. This role works closely with senior financial managers and dashboard teams to integrate, update, and troubleshoot dashboard solutions, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and empower end users through advanced training and support. The Journeyman is expected to exercise independent judgment, mentor junior staff, and contribute to process improvements. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

The expected salary range for this position is between $69,000 and $105,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
