Job summary

Aleknagik Technology, LLC (ATL) is seeking an IT Specialist to provide baseline IT support for HQ, ASC onsite at Rock Island Arsenal. Responsibilities include device imaging, security controls, and incident resolution for both CONUS/OCONUS users, with telework as applicable.

The role requires DoD 8570.01-m IAT II, CompTIA Security+, and ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in CS or IT and 5+ years IT experience, including VIP support and after-hours

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of progressively complex IT experience.
• CompTIA Security+ certification required; DoD 8570.01-m IAT II eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Record daily tasks and metrics for task orders.
• Coordinate hardware and software updates for devices.
• Develop procedures and training material for customers and internal use.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT-related problems; provide after-hours support.
• Maintain security controls over software and hardware.
