Job summary

Peraton is seeking a PC Technician to support SITEC-3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance at Camp Lejeune, NC. The role requires hands-on IT end-user support, hardware/software installation, and network/troubleshooting across multiple systems to sustain 24x7 operations for USSOCOM.

Ideal candidates will have DoD clearances, IAT II certification, and experience with Windows and O365, plus familiarity with IMACs, SCCM, and remote access technologies.

Qualifications

• Min 6 years with HS Diploma; 4 years with AS/AA; or 2 years with BS/BA.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• DoW 8140 compliant under Work Role Code 411 - Technical Support Specialist - Intermediate level.
• DoD 8570 IAT II Certification.
• Experience with Windows OS, O365 suite, basic multimedia systems, and mobile devices.
• Experience in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting with strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Experience with active directory security group management, exchange distribution lists, and file share permission assignment.

Responsibilities

• Supports end users and missions at various components and commands as directed by leadership.
• Manages day-to-day End User Devices and remote access connectivity.
• Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues.
• Performs IMAC services and data migration as needed.
• Tests, configures, and installs IT equipment per standards.
• Coordinates with Enterprise CSD, Helpdesk, OEMS, Network, and Engineering teams.
• Provides training and issue resolution to customers.
