  • Design, test, and implement automated workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Teams integration, including AI‑assisted routing, approvals, and continuity reporting.
  • Plan and execute migrations to SharePoint Online and manage content lifecycle and archiving.
  • Act as Tier II support for the portal, coordinating Tier III service calls with DISA/DEOS on outages and anomalies.
  • Develop AI‑assisted content classification and retention to ensure compliance with DoW records‑management requirements, and integrate AI‑driven enterprise search.
  • Develop and maintain an enterprise DR Portal (within the DoW COOP Portal) integrating automated ISCP workflows to centralize DRPs, ISCPs, Annex Ks, and CyberCOOP documentation and to map system dependencies to MEFs.
  • Manage user access controls and permissions; develop user guides, deliver training, and serve as portal SME to increase adoption.
  • Coordinate portal operations and enhancements with the DoW Continuity Working Group chaired by OUSW(Policy); produce AARs; and provide meeting minutes and ITSCM updates.
