Job summary

Computer World Services seeks an Implementations Network Engineer to oversee installation, configuration, testing, monitoring, and activation of DoD networks for DISA-aligned projects. You will coordinate with customers, architects and vendors, ensuring proper ITA, reporting, and change management processes.

Qualifications

• BS degree and 4–8 years of relevant experience or MS with 2–6 years.
• Knowledge of network hardware, configuration, testing, and industry specs.
• Experience with data/voice network design across transmission systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ITA and data input for new service activations per DISA standards.
• Collaborate with customers, solution architects and vendors to implement changes.
• Manage Service Orders per Change Management procedures.
• Ensure TSOs are in place and accurate for scheduled network changes.
• Configure network devices using configlets and validate requirements.
• Monitor network changes for traffic impact and report findings.
