Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent with 8+ years experience, or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years.
• Experience presenting to leadership and cross functional program leads.
• Experience navigating the execution of processes, projects, and tactics, understanding the impact of the work.
• Experience with EVMS, EAC and AOP.

Responsibilities

• Understand operations current state and develop opportunities and initiatives to impact strategic objectives.
• Identify and execute opportunities to optimize operations and supply operations and develop action plans.
• Create and implement supply chain strategies and roadmaps to address gaps.
• Partner on planning strategic process improvements around internal and external supply chain processes.

Education

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain or Business

Experience presenting to leadership and cross-functional program leads
