Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Senior Manager, Material Program Management to oversee the Tomahawk Multi-Year production contract. You will lead material strategy, manage procurement deliverables, and collaborate with PMO, CGO, and customer representatives.

The role requires strong MRP, project management, and supplier management experience, with DoD/DoW negotiation familiarity. Onsite work in Tucson and eligibility for DoD clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or 7+ years with an Advanced Degree.
• Experience in leading or managing procurement processes, projects, and tactics.
• Experience with proactive supplier management and supplier recovery efforts.
• Experience leading a team or cross-functional project.
• Experience in Supply Chain, procurement or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop material strategies that support Tomahawk Multi Year production.
• Develop PO burndown plans to monitor material requirements on order.
• Oversee financial management of material, including CAM/EV reporting and EAC development.
• Identify staffing gaps and strategies to address.
