Job summary

Sugpiat Defense seeks a Mission Deployment and Readiness Support SME (MDRSS) in Fayetteville, NC to support a DoD client with mission assurance and readiness activities. The role requires active DoD experience, a TS clearance, and strong MS Office proficiency, with on-site engagement across staff and partner organizations.

Responsibilities include coordinating travel, managing readiness workflows, and providing reporting support across multiple DoD systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with the DoD.
• Proven ability to manage a heavy daily workload with multiple software systems.
• Proven ability to work independently to complete mission deployment tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide recurring and episodic support to JHQ/JTFs and coordinate workflows across DoD systems.
• Interface with military, government, and private sector partners for visits and related protocol matters.
• Develop and update reporting products in MS applications (SharePoint/Teams) reflecting training, engagements, and structure.
