Job summary

Cornerstone Defense LLC is seeking a Senior Readiness Data Analyst to support the Office of the Deputy Principal Cyber Advisor for Forces & Readiness. The role focuses on analytics, readiness assessment, and policy guidance across DoD cyber workforce initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in data science and experience with DRRS, MET/METL assessments, and dashboard development. The position involves collaboration with senior leaders and interagency partners in a Pentagon/Mark Center

Qualifications

Master’s degree in data science, statistics, or related field with 10 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s with 12 years.
Minimum 7 years in data science, analytics, or readiness reporting and dashboard development.
Experience with DRRS and MET/METL-based assessments.

Responsibilities

Conduct deliberate analysis supporting DoD cyber workforce and readiness policy development.
Support implementation of cyber force strategies, priorities, and requirements.
Analyze readiness data and metrics to assess organizational capability against mission demands.
Develop MET/METL-based assessment criteria and readiness models.
Aggregate and visualize readiness data using Tableau and Power BI.
Provide executive-level briefs and decision-support materials.
