Job summary

Goldbelt Apex LLC is seeking a Team Lead - MILDEP to oversee day-to-day MILDEP support activities, coordinate team workload, and provide acquisition program management expertise for DHA processes. This role is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid.

The ideal candidate will possess strong DoD acquisition knowledge, the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple programs, and deliver executive-level briefings; travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of DoD acquisition processes.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate task coverage.
• Ability to manage multiple programs/tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written, briefing, and executive communication skills.
• Travel: Up to 20%

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day MILDEP support activities.
• Coordinate team workload, task coverage, training, vacancies, and hiring support.
• Provide acquisition program management, risk management, scheduling, business operations, and acquisition analysis support.
• Ensure standardized DHA processes and procedures are followed.
• Monitor action items, schedules, risks, external requests, and leadership deliverables.
