Job summary

Goldbelt Apex is seeking a Team Lead – MILDEP to guide day-to-day MILDEP support and coordinate a multidisciplinary team in defense acquisition programs. You will oversee workload, training needs, and hiring support while ensuring adherence to standardized DHA processes.

Role requires DoD acquisition knowledge, experience with integrated product teams, risk management, and master scheduling. Travel up to 20% may be required as part of program execution.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of DoD acquisition processes.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate task coverage.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written, briefing, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day MILDEP support activities.
• Coordinate team workload, task coverage, training, vacancies, and hiring support.
• Provide acquisition program management, risk management, scheduling, and analysis support.
• Ensure standardized DHA processes and procedures are followed.
• Monitor action items, schedules, risks, and leadership deliverables.
