D&G Solutions is seeking a Functional Business Analyst / Scrum Master to support IGC Logistics Data in a hybrid role based near Belleville, IL. You will bridge government users and Agile teams, translating transportation and logistics needs into clear requirements and user stories while facilitating sprint execution and ensuring release readiness.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in business analysis or Agile delivery, strong facilitation skills, and experience with transportation/logistics data.

Qualifications

Four+ years in functional or business analysis, or Agile software delivery.
Experience translating needs into requirements, User Stories and acceptance criteria.
Facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting cross-functional Agile teams.
Experience with transportation, logistics, or asset-visibility data.
Experience using Jira or government-approved ALM tools.

Responsibilities

Analyze transportation and logistics data and translate needs into functional requirements.
Develop and maintain User Stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and help delivery teams commit to sprint goals.
Track sprint progress, blockers, risks, and release readiness using Jira/ALM tools.
Support impact analysis, release documentation, and configuration control.
Coordinate Government validation and acceptance testing with stakeholders.
Facilitate cross-team communication for successful Agile delivery.
