Integral Federal, located in the Fort Meade, MD area, seeks a seasoned Business Analyst / Scrum Master to bridge operators, functional managers, the Government Product Owner, and the Agile software team.

You will elicit requirements, translate them into epics and user stories, support backlog refinement, and facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies while ensuring traceability from requirements to tests.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)/Bachelor of Science (BS) in a Business Management discipline; four years of experience in lieu of degree acceptable.
• 5+ years of business, systems, or requirements analysis experience.
• Experience supporting Agile software-development teams.
• Experience developing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to translate operational needs into actionable software requirements.
• U.S. citizenship and required Secret eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit and analyze operational and functional requirements.
• Work with COCOM planners, Functional Managers, SMEs, Product Owner, and end users.
• Translate mission needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Analyze operational workflows and business rules.
• Support demonstrations, UAT/UFL, and user validation.
• Maintain requirements-to-story-to-test traceability.
• Identify dependencies, blockers, and requirement conflicts.
