Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a Journeyman-Level Logistics Support Analyst to support the Space Training and Readiness Command (STARCOM) Delta 11 Logistics Management Team. The role entails DoD logistics management, asset tracking, and program coordination to enhance efficiency and mission readiness.

The ideal candidate will have DoD logistics experience, an active Secret clearance, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• 5+ years of DoD logistics experience.
• Experience with GFP and property accountability records.
• Experience with DoD logistics lifecycle sustainment.
• Experience supporting DoD programs (Air Force/Space Force).

Responsibilities

• Support lifecycle management and sustainment of NSTTC equipment and assets.
• Maintain GFP property records, inventories, transfers, and disposition actions.
• Track logistics requirements, equipment status, asset availability, and sustainment activities.
• Coordinate equipment transfers with government personnel, program offices, and stakeholders.
• Develop and update logistics procedures, documentation, and tracking tools.
• Support audits and ensure property and logistics records are accurate and maintained.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions for sustainment risk.
• Provide logistics data and reports for program reviews and leadership briefings.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Delta 11 logistics processes.
