Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Inventory Manager / Government Property Specialist to support the C-sUAS E&I program. You will manage GFP, equipment, and prototype property, ensuring 98%+ accuracy for unclassified items and 100% for classified items, with reporting in PIEE.

Work involves collaboration with PM, CM, Engineering, Supply Chain, Security, and Government stakeholders, plus hands‑on support at test ranges and SIL facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• BA degree with 2–4 years of related experience or Master’s with less than 2 years of experience.
• Experience managing Government property or accountable equipment in defense or similar controlled environments.
• Experience maintaining property records across the asset lifecycle including receipt, storage, transfer, and disposition.
• Experience conducting physical inventories, reconciling records, and investigating discrepancies.
• Ability to maintain Government property records and prepare inventory or property status reports.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure traceability of equipment and assets.
• Proficiency with Excel and enterprise property systems and the ability to coordinate movements between facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain GFP inventory control for GFP, equipment, tools, and prototype hardware for SIL and test range activities.
• Record GFP data in PIEE and ensure property records comply with contract and DoD requirements.
• Maintain 98% inventory accuracy for unclassified items and 100% accountability for classified items.
• Develop and coordinate the Government Property Inventory Report and ensure traceability.
• Manage property lifecycle from receipt to disposition with proper documentation.
• Provide hands-on inventory support at test range and program locations as needed.
