Job summary

Alutiiq Information Management, LLC, a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC, seeks an IT Systems Administrator to support FORGE—a Joint Service 3-D Printing capability—on Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, under NIWC Pacific leadership. The role focuses on secure client/server management, AD/Exchange/Teams provisioning, and cross-department collaboration.

The ideal candidate has an Associate Degree in IT, 2–5 years of IT experience, current Security+, and a US citizenship with SECRET clearance or ability to

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in information technology or related field/equivalency.
• Two to five years of related IT experience.
• Current Security+ certification.
• US Citizenship and SECRET clearance or ability to gain clearance.
• DoD IT training or Navy/USMC schools desirable.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains client/server configurations to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Manages accounts, firewalls, and patches; creates user accounts (Active Directory, Exchange, Teams).
• Collaborates with departments to install and maintain PCs and applications.
• Oversees backups and recovery; implements security controls and responds to malware incidents.
• Performs analysis and development of system security integration, testing, and maintenance.
• Provides user support for software/hardware issues via multiple channels.
• Sets priorities in a dynamic environment and supports video conferences and AV equipment.
