Job summary

Aalis Management Consulting is seeking an experienced IT Technical Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to the DoD Facilities Engineering Systems Command. The selected candidate will support end users, enterprise IT systems, hardware, software, mobile devices, telecommunications, IT asset management, technical documentation, and daily IT operations.

The position requires hands‑on support at the DoD facilities in Guam.

Qualifications

Experience using enterprise helpdesk or ticket-management systems.
Experience supporting Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work with Government civilian, military, and management personnel.

Responsibilities

Receive, document, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 support requests.
Troubleshoot workstations, peripherals, software, connectivity, and user access issues.
Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
Support mobile-device provisioning, configuration, security, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Maintain IT hardware inventory and lifecycle records.
Coordinate telecommunications and VoIP service requests.
Develop and maintain SOPs, user guides, and technical communications.
Provide routine IT administrative reporting and record keeping.
