DecisionPoint Corporation seeks a Project Manager to lead contractor performance on the U.S. Air Force EACN program.

The role supervises all contract personnel, coordinates across technical, operational, cybersecurity, and service-management workstreams, and acts as the company’s authorized management representative. Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business Admin or related field.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible program or project management experience.
• Experience with federal or DoD contracts preferred.
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and dispersed personnel.
• On-site performance at Scott AFB, IL; travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as DecisionPoint's primary contact for contract management and performance.
• Oversee staffing, schedules, workload, and workforce continuity across locations.
• Coordinate with Government leadership to establish priorities and resolve issues.
• Lead program reviews, status meetings, and stakeholder coordination.
• Oversee reports, plans, status updates, and contract deliverables.
• Monitor performance against SLAs, staffing, and milestones.
• Identify and manage risks across operations, technical, and staffing areas.
• Coordinate activities across network, cybersecurity, DevOps, ITSM, and ServiceNow teams.
• Support transition planning, configuration management, and security compliance.
