Job summary

KeenLogic is seeking a Project Manager/Task Lead to support the U.S. Air Force's EACN program. You will manage contract performance, supervise personnel, and coordinate across Scott AFB, JB Andrews, and JB Lewis-McChord within 3–4 onsite days weekly.

Responsibilities include maintaining project status, reporting, and aligning government priorities with actionable milestones while ensuring security and DoD qualifications are met.

Qualifications

• PMP certification from PMI.
• Active Top Secret security clearance at contract award.
• Ability to oversee contractor personnel and functions.
• Must meet onsite requirements at Scott Air Force Base.
• Fulfill Government access and DoD workforce qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a multi-site technical services program and staffing.
• Translate Government priorities into coordinated milestones.
• Communicate status, dependencies, and resources to stakeholders.
• Maintain program documentation and timely reporting.
• Prepare Monthly Status Reports for all locations.
• Lead biweekly coordination meetings with Government and gateway personnel.
• Conduct annual Program Management Reviews with stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery of technical documents and guides.
