Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Information Technology Engineer in Forest Park, GA. The role supports exploitation missions with CONUS and OCONUS deployments, requiring full-time commitment and travel as needed to meet mission requirements.

Responsibilities include implementing DoD configuration policies, maintaining Active Directory, and delivering IT architecture planning and system support across networks, workstations, and subsystems. A DoD clearance and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4+ years of relevant experience or 7+ years in lieu.
• Current DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (e.g., CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND, Security+ CE).
• Experience installing/maintaining computer hardware and peripherals.
• Provide IT support for systems, networks, workstations, and software.

Responsibilities

• Modify computer systems to meet DoD configuration policies.
• Maintain DoD compliance for software and hardware.
• Work with ticketing systems to track and resolve issues.
• Support establishment, testing, upgrades, and operations of IT systems.
