Job summary

Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. is seeking two Security Engineers for work in Dahlgren, VA. The role requires DoD clearance and citizenship.

You will author DoD cybersecurity artifacts, document systems for cyber analysis, and perform vulnerability testing using ACAS among other tools. The position supports Navy combat systems with SBOM-based risk assessment and security planning. Qualified candidates will have DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II/III certification, experience with Navy systems,

Qualifications

• Two years program-specific security engineering experience with Navy afloat/tactical combat systems or five years general security engineering experience.
• Two of five years on Combat Weapons Systems (Aegis, SSDS, Zumwalt, or similar Navy systems).
• Understanding of DoD cybersecurity policies for Land Based and afloat/tactical systems; ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Author DoD Cybersecurity A&A artifacts.
• Document a system from a cybersecurity perspective using Microsoft Office tools.
• Derive system CONOPS for Mission Assurance Categorization per DoDI 8500.2.
• Research and recommend security solutions to achieve certification and accreditation.
