Job summary

Insight Global is looking for an experienced Program Scheduler in El Segundo, California, to build and manage Integrated Master Schedules for critical DoD programs. Your expertise in advanced CPM scheduling and DoD acquisition will be vital in supporting leadership with accurate, executable schedules.

This role involves tracking dependencies, risks, and managing diverse activities to provide insights to stakeholders. Compensation ranges from $62/hr to $80/hr with comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of scheduling or project control experience on DoD Acquisition programs.
• Strong Critical Path Method (CPM) skills.
• Proficiency in using MS Project and other scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for missile warning and ISR ground programs.
• Tracks dependencies, critical paths, and schedule risks across activities.
• Integrates technical and programmatic drivers into executable schedules.
• Provides schedule health, risk, and mitigation insights to stakeholders.
