Job summary

EMI Services, a subsidiary of TechFlow, is seeking an HVAC Operations Specialist to support daily HVAC maintenance and service operations aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. You will coordinate work orders, procure parts, and maintain records while collaborating with management, vendors, and government personnel.

The role includes preventive maintenance, service-order tracking, and regulatory compliance, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years HVAC operations support or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license compliant with REAL ID Act.
• US citizenship to access military installations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HVAC operations including preventive maintenance, service calls, and repairs.
• Coordinate HVAC maintenance and repair schedules for timely completion of work orders.
• Monitor workflow, backlog, and material status to support shop performance.
• Coordinate procurement of HVAC parts, materials, and tools.
• Maintain HVAC records, reports, and service-order information.
