Job summary

EMI Services, a subsidiary of TechFlow, is hiring an HVAC Technician I to service mission-critical infrastructure at Camp Lejeune. You will maintain, repair, and modernize commercial HVAC systems on base, perform diagnostics with multi-meters, and prepare cost estimates. EPA Type II license and US citizenship required.

The role emphasizes on-site work with no travel, potential overtime, and opportunity to contribute to durable, climate-controlled facilities for military operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA Type II Refrigeration License is required.
• HVAC course or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain REAL ID.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, replace, and modernize HVAC systems on Camp Lejeune and surrounding installations.
• Prepare work orders and cost materials estimates.
• May train lower-level workers in mechanical repair techniques.
