Job summary

EMI Services, a subsidiary of TechFlow, Inc., seeks an HVAC Operations Specialist to support daily commercial and industrial HVAC maintenance at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. You will work with management, supervisors, and contractors to ensure efficient scheduling, procurement, and documentation, from initial request to completion.

The role includes preventive maintenance coordination, parts research, and performance reporting while complying with safety and DoD requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in HVAC operations support or related fields.
• DoD installation experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain REAL ID.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HVAC operations including maintenance, service calls, repairs, and scheduling.
• Coordinate HVAC maintenance and repair schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor workflow, backlog, material status, and priorities to support shop performance.
• Coordinate procurement of HVAC parts, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain HVAC records, reports, and service-order information.
• Assist with tracking expenditures and inventory levels for common items.
• Communicate with Government personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
• Support safety, environmental, and refrigerant-management requirements.
