ARServices is seeking an experienced Human Resources and Personnel Analyst to provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to the DTRA RD Directorate at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role focuses on HR management, personnel actions, and awards while contributing to strategic workforce planning.

A qualified candidate will have 10+ years of DoD HR experience, active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred), and strong communication skills to brief leadership and support RD’s Strategic Workforce Plan.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of DoD HR experience.
• Experience in Joint, USAF, or Army HR Management.
• Experience with USAF and Army personnel systems and policies.
• Experience writing and editing Military and Government Civilian personnel performance reports and awards.
• Highly effective communicator (verbal and written).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain progress reports, records, and statistical reports.
• Coordinate with DTRA Personnel Directorate and Department leadership to track Military and Government Civilian workforce matters, including performance reports, requisitions, hiring actions, and awards.
• Utilize spreadsheets and databases for workforce tracking, vacancies, hiring actions, awards, budgeting, and reports.
• Analyze tasks, coordinate tracking, and manage responses to external and internal tasks.
• Brief the client regarding HR actions, status updates, and inputs.
• Consolidate HR actions for executive reviews and approvals.
• Consult directly with Department SES-level leadership.
• Support strategic workforce planning and DoD priorities, developing a critical skills inventory.
• All other duties as assigned.
