Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing DoD contracts and programs.
• Hands-on program management in defense hardware environments.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and DoD acquisition processes.
• Experience leading Integrated Product or Project Teams (IPTs).
• Active PMP certification, U.S. citizenship, and ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the program cost, schedule, milestones, technical performance, risk and overall execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and procurement.
• Serve as primary interface with government customers, prime contractors, partners and internal leadership.
• Drive supplier and subcontractor performance while resolving issues and keeping programs moving.
