Job summary

Significance, Inc. is seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Financial Management Analyst to support a DoD program office with cradle-to-grave budget execution and FMS financial operations.

The role requires an active Secret clearance and offers a hybrid schedule with one onsite day per week in Crystal City, VA. You will draft and execute funding documents, monitor obligations and expenditures, and provide timely financial reporting and analysis to program leadership using DoD FMS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience providing financial, business, or analytical support.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Baseline understanding of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) financial operations, including LOAs, Obligation Authority, Contract Authority, Expenditure Authority, and case closure.
• Experience drafting and executing funding documents, including TLSs, MIPRs, Air Force Form 9 Purchase Requests, MORDs, and travel orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial management and analytical support to a DoD program office, with a focus on FMS financial operations and cradle-to-grave budget execution.
• Drafting and executing funding documents, including TLSs, MIPRs, Air Force Form 9 Purchase Requests, MORDs, and travel orders.
• Leverage DoD financial, acquisition, and FMS systems to research financial data, resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate documentation, and provide timely financial reporting and analysis to program leadership.
• Support 8242 FMS case analysis, data visualization, financial reporting, and audit activities, including reconciliation of unobligated and unliquidated funds.
