Job summary

Significance, Inc. seeks a DoD Financial Management Analyst to join our team supporting the Department of Defense. This role requires an active Secret clearance and a hybrid schedule with one day onsite per week in Crystal City, VA.

You will provide cradle-to-grave budget execution support, prepare funding documents, and use DoD systems (CCARS, CRIS, DTIM, Navy ERP, PIEE) to drive accurate financial management and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience providing business, financial, or analytical support.
• Active Full Secret clearance.
• Experience supporting DoD financial management and budget execution activities.
• Experience preparing funding documents (MIPRs, purchase requests) and related financial docs.
• Ability to research, analyze, and distill financial data for decision-making.
• Experience tracking and reconciling unobligated and unliquidated funds.
• Familiarity with CCARS, CRIS, DTIM, Navy ERP, and PIEEE suite for financial work.

Responsibilities
