Job summary

Significance, Inc. is seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Financial Management Analyst to join our DoD-focused team. The role emphasizes cradle-to-grave budget execution, funding document drafting, and close liaison with program leadership on financial reporting.

The position requires an Active Full Secret clearance and supports a hybrid schedule with one day onsite per week in Crystal City, VA. Candidates will utilize multiple DoD systems for financial operations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience providing financial, business, or analytical support.
• Baseline understanding of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) financial operations, including LOAs, Obligation Authority, Contract Authority, Expenditure Authority, and case closure.
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to collect, analyze, document, and distill financial data.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial management and analytical support for a DoD FMS program office.
• Assist with cradle-to-grave budget execution, including commitments, obligations, expenditures, funds tracking, and reconciliation.
• Draft and execute funding documents (TLSs, MIPRs, Air Force Form 9, MORDs, travel orders).
• Draft and execute Lines of Accounting (LOAs) and supporting financial documentation.
• Support 8242 FMS case analysis, data visualization, financial reporting, and audit activities.
