Job summary

Significance, Inc. is seeking a DoD Financial Management Analyst to join our team supporting the Department of Defense. This role provides cradle-to-grave budget execution support and handles funding documents using CCARS, CRIS, DTIM, Navy ERP, and PIEE.

A fully active Secret clearance is required, with a hybrid schedule and one day onsite per week in Crystal City, VA. The analyst will perform financial data research, reconciliation of unobligated and unliquidated funds, and maintain

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience providing business, financial, or analytical support.
• Active Full Secret clearance.
• Experience supporting DoD financial management and budget execution activities.
• Experience preparing funding documents (target loads, MIPRs, purchase requests).
• Experience preparing financial documentation in support of funds execution, tracking, reconciliation, and audit activities.
• Ability to research, collect, analyze, document, and distill financial data to support decision-making.
• Experience tracking and reconciling unobligated and unliquidated funds.
• Familiarity with CCARS, CRIS, DTIM, Navy ERP, PIEE suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare professional documentation, reports, briefings, and business presentations.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks within established project scope, schedule, and deliverable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial management and analytical support to a DoD program office, cradle-to-grave budget execution.
• Assist with preparation and execution of funding documents, including target loads and MIPRs.
• Support funds execution, tracking, reconciliation, and audit activities.
• Utilize CCARS, CRIS, DTIM, Navy ERP, PIEE to support decision-making.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits.
• Contribute to program decision-making through financial analysis.
