Responsibilities

• Monitor funds and budget execution for past and current fiscal years.
• Develop POM inputs and financial plans for future years.
• Prepare budget modification requests and forecasts.
• Build and manage spend plans using CCaR and DEAMS.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to program offices.
• Develop cost estimates and support cost reporting requirements.
• Serve as SME for Web CCaR and DEAMS.
• Review RFP inputs and provide EVM support.
• Ensure compliance with fiscal laws and DoD regulations.
