Qualifications

• BS degree required; 4+ years of financial management experience or 8 years with certifications.
• Expert knowledge of DoD PPBE processes and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Budget management and execution, develop POM inputs, and prepare budget estimates.
• Prepare cost estimates and financial analyses for programs and options.
• Maintain program office cost estimates and manage cost data from ongoing programs.
• Support cost estimate reviews by AFCAA, SCPs, NACAs, and other oversight bodies.
• Ensure interfacing between CCaR, DEAMS, and related systems.
