AGE Solutions seeks a Task Order Project Manager to lead a high-visibility WAN task order for a DoD customer. You will manage contract execution, personnel, schedules, resources, and deliverables across 13 PWS tasks at 160+ sites, reporting to the PMO lead. Requires 5 years IT/consulting leadership, U.S. citizenship, and DoD clearance (Tier 5/SSBI).

A PMP or equivalent certification is expected. This role is onsite near Ft. Belvoir, Alexandria, VA.

Qualificações

• Five (5) years of relevant experience in IT and/or consulting.
• Bachelor's degree (BS or BA), or four additional years of related experience.
• US Citizenship is required.
• DoD Top Secret clearance or active Secret clearance with Tier 5/SSBI investigation.
• Project Management certification (PMP) or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily task order operations, staffing, resources, schedules, and contract performance.
• Coordinate with Government CO, COR, Program Managers, and technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain the Task Order Management Plan (TOMP) and Integrated Master Project Schedule.
• Oversee 13 PWS tasks across 160+ sites including engineering, cybersecurity, and configuration management.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, training, and certification compliance for personnel.
• Prepare and submit Weekly Activity Reports, Monthly Progress Reports, and other contract deliverables.
• Monitor milestones, labor utilization, financial performance, risks, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate planning, implementation schedules, and Government approvals.
• Ensure QA, performance improvements, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Support acquisition planning, procurement, and resource management.
• Manage transition planning and knowledge transfer for uninterrupted mission support.
• Coordinate contract reporting and invoicing with the COR and management.
